Please join Mike Ellicott for an "Introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System".
Prior to becoming an EOS Implementer, Mike held senior positions both in and out of the military. In the military, Mike led a public engineering organization responsible for flood control & navigation on the Mississippi River. Through his efforts, the organization reduced time to hire, reduced turnover, strengthened the vision and improved the effectiveness of project delivery leading. These changes led to significant increases in both project quality and positive customer & stakeholder feedback, all while the organization earned repeat recognition as a “Best Place to Work.” Outside of the military Mike has been a federal business development executive and innovation champion. In that role, he’s responsible for maximizing current contract opportunities and establishing new relationships with key partners and federal agencies. As a champion of innovation, he led the evaluation, selection, and deployment of a customized software solution across 40 offices & more than 950 employees, quickly establishing a virtual hub of innovation to measurable drive growth.
